Job Summary

As a Manufacturing Engineer II at Smith+Nephew, you will lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for surgical devices. Required Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering (Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial or related)
  • 2-5 years engineering experience in manufacturing or process engineering
  • Executing process development and validations with guidance

Desired Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience scaling products from prototype to production
  • Familiarity with regulated medical device environments
  • Understanding of manufacturing metrics and continuous improvement tools (e.g., lean, DMAIC)
  • Proficiency in CAD software
