Job Summary

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, production flows, and equipment layouts to maximize efficiency. Design and implement manufacturing launches for new and revised products while coordinating with engineering, sales, and vendors to ensure quality specifications. Analyze manufacturing data to reduce costs, improve in-process quality, and troubleshoot assembly tools using Six-Sigma, Lean, and SPC methodologies. Maintain detailed documentation, including process controls, bills of materials, and equipment layouts, while adhering to strict aerospace health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
