Job Summary

Develop creative solutions, recommend process improvements, and enhance production methods to increase product quality, output, and cost efficiency. Monitor and modify equipment for safety, quality, and efficiency while investigating process failures and implementing corrective actions. Conduct testing and evaluation of products and processes, develop studies for improvements, and negotiate final designs to ensure manufacturability. Manage multiple product or process development projects simultaneously, establish technical objectives, and integrate new manufacturing technology to boost efficiency. Actively participate in safety culture and activities at the Stevens Point, WI plant. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering with 2+ years of experience, CAD proficiency, and ability to work an on-site schedule.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing, quality, process, industrial, mechanical, operations, or other related engineering environment
  • Must be able to work an on-site schedule at our Stevens Point, WI plant
  • Must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship

  • Experience with SolidWorks
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Oracle Programmable Logic Control (PLC) programming
  • Allen Bradley is a plus

  • Data Analysis
