Job Summary

Execute assigned projects to ensure manufacturability for complex electromechanical capital equipment, supporting technology transfer from design to manufacturing. Develop manufacturing processes, MPIs, and lot history records while conducting time studies and process validation activities. Verify product plans against quality and regulatory requirements, coordinate with R&D for smooth product transitions, and determine tooling needs for cost-effective production. Collaborate with supply chain to monitor material availability, work with Quality Assurance to resolve yield issues, and facilitate training for manufacturing process instructions. Maintain project schedules and budgets while building proactive relationships across multi-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Knowledge of and exposure to product testing and data collection
  • Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience working under quality systems designed to meet governmental regulations such as FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and the MDD
  • Ability to work independently or in team setting
  • Experience in pilot/production line set-up, validation in a controlled environment
  • Familiar with GMP, GDP procedures and requirements
