Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and improve SMT programs (DEK, SPI, Placement, Reflow, AOI) to ensure consistent process performance. Optimize SMT lines to meet production requirements, balancing efficiency, capacity, and product mix. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, reduce scrap, and improve overall process efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve SMT process issues, ensuring timely recovery of production. Lead cost reduction projects and process improvements aligned with business objectives. Support new product introductions (NPI) and transfers, ensuring readiness, compliance, and adherence to timelines. Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and proper operation. Monitor and improve SMT performance metrics, including throughput, downtime, and equipment performance.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in electronics manufacturing experience
- English proficiency
- Microsoft Office
- Technical knowledge of SMT machinery
