Job Summary
Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling. Design machine arrangements within plant facilities to ensure efficient layouts, sequence operations, and specify fabrication procedures for tools and equipment. Adapt machine designs to factory conditions and incorporate inspection requirements into production plans. Inspect machinery performance to verify efficiency and initiate corrective actions for product quality issues. Develop statistical process control techniques and provide guidance on design concepts and specifications. Ensure all processes comply with regulations. This full-time onsite role in Jacksonville, Florida, requires a Baccalaureate degree and is based in the Neuroscience ENT Operating Unit.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalaureate degree
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- Regularly required to be independently mobile
- Required to interact with a computer
- Required to communicate with peers and co-workers
Desired Qualifications
- Nice-To-Have Medical Device Experiences
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of SAP
- Experience with drafting digital tools for modeling
- Some knowledge of process and tooling development
