Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineer at Husqvarna Group in Huskvarna leads continuous improvements in a highly automated factory environment, owning multiple manufacturing processes and driving optimization of availability, cost, ergonomics, volume, and quality. You will collaborate hands-on with operators, production managers, maintenance, and R&D, lead improvement initiatives and investment projects, monitor KPIs, and ensure methods and equipment are efficient and up to date while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering)
- 3-5 years hands-on experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or a similar role
- Fluent in Swedish and English
