Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 6+ yrs of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry or 4+ yrs with Master's degree
- Strong knowledge of FDA and cGMP standards
- Knowledge in plant maintenance and manufacturing processes

- Proficient knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Strong audit and investigation skills
- Ability to develop cohesive presentations
- Strong verbal, technical writing and interpersonal skills
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office applications, Trackwise, SAP, other)
- Knowledge of multiple problem-solving methods (i.e., Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiment, Fish Bone Analysis, 8D, etc.)
