Job Summary
Lead technical documentation and process improvement for gas turbine repair projects, managing the creation of repair manuals and technical guides while optimizing quality, schedule, and cost. Provide on-site technical advice and evaluate quality standards for repair teams, acting as the liaison for global engineering groups to lead proposals, testing, and certification for advanced machining and welding processes. Drive continuous Lean production improvements across repair workflows and share global technical knowledge with overseas factories. Requires a manufacturing or repair engineering background with over two years of experience, English proficiency at intermediate level, and Japanese at JLPT N2 or higher. No relocation assistance is provided.
Required Qualifications
- 機械工学、材料工学などの工学系分野を専攻された方(学士号以上)、または同等の知識・経験を有する方
- 英語力:中級レベル(業務上の読み書きおよびコミュニケーションが可能な方/TOEIC 700 点以上を目安)
- 日本語力:JLPT N2~N1レベル、または同等の日本語運用能力
- 製造技術または修理技術に関する 2 年以上の実務経験
Desired Qualifications
- ガスタービンに関する知識、または溶接、溶射、熱処理、非破壊検査などの製造・修理技術に関する知識を有する方
- 製造・修理工程における業務改善やプロセス改善の経験を有する方
- 測定、試験、トラブルシューティングおよび不具合・原因分析に関するスキルを有する方
- 自律的に課題を特定し、適切な判断のもとで問題解決に取り組める方
- 口頭および書面で、関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを図れる方
- 社会を支える重要なインフラである発電事業への貢献に関心をお持ちの方
- 最先端のエンジニアリングや高度な修理技術を積極的に学び、専門性を高めたい方
- 周囲と積極的に連携し、チームで協力しながら業務を進められる方
- 困難な状況においても主体的に行動し、課題解決に向けて粘り強く取り組める方
- チームや職場環境に前向きな変化をもたらすことができる方
- 多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーと協働し、グローバルな環境でプロジェクトをリードする力を身につけたい方
