Job Summary
Manage manufacturing processes and coordinate equipment readiness for High Temperature Furnaces within the Aerospace Wheel & Braking Systems Integrated Supply Chain team. Lead process ownership by auditing operations, training operators, and certifying compliance with work instructions and pre-established guidelines. Drive technical solutions, mentor technicians, and assist in outage planning while analyzing process data for specification adherence. Perform fault diagnosis, communicate maintenance schedules, and prioritize work under immediate supervision to ensure facility and equipment reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment problems
- Cause identification/FMEA experience
- Familiar with PLCs, DCS, and HMI systems
- Good manual dexterity, ability to climb stairs/ladders and walk a couple miles a day, and withstand a very warm environment on occasion (80-100F)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology
- US Citizen

- Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
- Proficient project management skills
- Good knowledge of the mechanical industry
- Working knowledge of SAP/HOS
- CAD system proficiency
- Ability to lead and direct the work of others
- Extensive experience in facilities management or manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills and creative thinking
