Job Summary
Directs electronic engineering personnel in fabrication, design, and calibration of testing apparatus and instruments. Interfaces with technical staff to resolve product malfunctions, data interpretation issues, and coding errors. Evaluates test data, prepares technical reports, and develops software or hardware to conduct electronic product tests. Trains floor support and test operators on hardware, software, and problem-solving techniques. Resolves yield problems by performing root cause analysis, coordinating corrective actions, and monitoring improvements. Performs equipment verification and integration in production while creating and maintaining process documentation. Actively searches for new technologies and defines test conditions and operational sequences.
Required Qualifications
