Manufacturing Engineer

Conduct new product introduction from SMT to Package, understand DFM reports, and review customer BOMs to optimize designs. Create and upload production work instructions to the system, release engineering change orders, and assist quality teams in analyzing customer complaints and material issues. Implement proposed designs and processes for manufacturability, prepare justification for capital equipment, and oversee new process equipment production. Establish robust, repeatable process parameters, troubleshoot process issues, and participate in cycle time improvements. Evaluate engineered materials and complete delegated tasks. Requires a college degree with 4+ years of PE or ME experience in SMT/PCBA, strong communication skills with OEMs, and knowledge of FMEA, DOE, and SPC.
