Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineer responsible for process and systems compliance, statistical analysis of process data, active participation in new program launches, hands-on shop floor collaboration, lean improvements, Kaizen leadership, time/motion studies to establish production rates, design and evaluate tooling and machinery to improve production flow, analyze customer specifications for feasibility and cost, specify system components to meet performance specs, provide feedback on customer needs, maintain and improve mechanical products and processes, read blueprints and technical drawings, and perform miscellaneous duties with a focus on achieving efficiency and cost savings.
