Job Summary
Industrialise 3DX Delmia and Apriso environments to ensure user ramp-up and provide first-level support and issue analysis for manufacturing execution tools. Act as the focal point for key users, coordinating with the manufacturing engineering team to manage incidents, classify issue types, and deliver training on Apriso and 3DX. Strengthen existing support processes, provide best-practice initiatives, and manage user access while ensuring effective communication with the business. Support shopfloor operations during the manufacture and assembly of satellite components, sub-assemblies, and structures within Expleo's space delivery capability.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree, or equivalent
- proven practical Engineering & manufacturing knowledge and experience
- Aerospace / manufacturing environment experience
- Experience with 3DX Delmia (ME / Process Preparation ) & Apriso (Manufacturing Execution Tool)
- Manufacturing engineering / shopfloor support background
- Incident and request management in a support/ticketing environment
- Ability to act as a focal point between business users & technical teams
- Exerience delivering user training & managing user access
- Familiarity with best-practice / continuous-improvement initiatives
- Delmia Apriso Trained - MBOM / Delmia Instruction Authoring / Effectivity & Generic Management
