Manufacturing Engineer Electronics

Analyze technical challenges in electronic assemblies to generate quality improvement proposals for existing and new products. Evaluate faulty components such as circuit boards, sensors, and motors, then collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Maintain and operate test equipment while managing change management projects and creating process documentation. Serve as the electronics department contact for other departments and conduct technical training for production staff. Work closely with development, quality, procurement, and international suppliers. This role supports Tecan's global life science and medical technology innovations.
