Job Summary
Own a portion or all of the manufacturing value chain that includes Assembly, Integration & Test (AI&T) for electro-mechanical assemblies; drive operational excellence with a continuous improvement mindset and lead Kaizen events; partner with Product Quality Engineering to RCCA burndowns; collaborate with Design Engineering for DFx during NPI transitions; develop process flows by breaking down large assemblies into subassemblies; write work instructions, quality plans, and inspection requirements for manufacturing hardware at scale; work with contract manufacturers across PCBA, metallic manufacturing, and assembly to develop repeatable processes for quick-turn development and at-scale production; hands-on work with technicians and other engineers building prototype hardware; contribute to mechanical or electrical design including interconnects and board fabrication/inspection; required qualifications include 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or electromechanical hardware, ability to deliver hardware in resource-constrained environments, and experience with JIRA, Siemens NX, Teamcenter (PLM), or Oracle (ERP); preferred qualifications include RF products experience, scaling product testing, firmware testing, scripting, and active U.S. Secret clearance.

- Degree in a technical field preferred such as engineering, math, or a hard science
