Job Summary

Re-industrialize product modifications for serial production and define industrialization plans for new products, including PFMEA, project costing, and drawing reviews. Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions, procedures, routings, and bills of materials within the ERP system. Specify assembly tool designs, validate production testing protocols, and train production teams on manufacturing methods. Support problem-solving using continuous improvement methodologies like QRQC, 5 Why, and A3 to drive productivity, cost reduction, and quality while ensuring HSE compliance. Participate in customer proposal reviews to assess technical solutions and manufacturing feasibility. Up to 10% travel required.

Required Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent higher education qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or industrialization role within the aerospace and/or mechanical industry
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as QRQC, Kaizen, 5S, and DMAIC
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment
  • Up to 10% travel (if required)

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of EN9100 / AS9100 quality standards
  • Experience using Oracle R12 ERP systems
  • Experience in low-volume, high-mix production environments
  • Knowledge of Oracle databases and VBA
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to change and innovation
