Job Summary
Evaluate and refine manufacturing workflows, equipment layouts, and procedures to enhance efficiency and product quality. Design, install, test, and maintain manufacturing equipment while ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation. Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to resolve production inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions. Develop testing methods for compliance, analyze metrics for improvement opportunities, and create technical documentation including process flows and CAD drawings. Work with design, quality, and production teams to support new product introductions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, two years of manufacturing experience, and proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
