Job Summary
Train and coach Manufacturing Engineers on the deployment and daily use of the MARS application, providing functional guidance and end-user assistance to support successful adoption. Validate Manufacturing Engineering data and processes within MARS and SAP, ensuring TICON routings are created correctly per company standards. Identify, document, and report application defects or enhancement opportunities to the development/support team while developing user training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Collaborate with Airbus stakeholders to promote best practices and successful deployment of Manufacturing Engineering applications. Monitor training progress and support the continuous development of Manufacturing Engineering competencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- Strong working knowledge of SAP Manufacturing Engineering, including TICON routing creation and maintenance
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with the MARS application (or the ability to quickly become a subject matter expert) is strongly preferred
- Experience training, coaching, or mentoring Manufacturing Engineering teams
- Ability to identify functional issues, troubleshoot from an end-user perspective, and communicate findings effectively to development or support teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
