Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer to partner with cross-functional teams to identify and drive improvements in manufacturability, yield, performance, quality and reliability for our power products. Lead or assist in setting up equipment, production lines and processes and implement process changes and equipment modifications. Participate in reviews to ensure design for manufacturability best practices are followed. Ramp new products released from R&D while monitoring performance and driving improvements. Create and update detailed documentation for processes and procedures. Direct and manage design implementation of required process changes and modifications. Plan, conduct and direct complex projects or major phases of significant projects. Work directly with contract manufacturing engineering and manufacturing personnel and equipment suppliers. Prevent quality excursions, monitor process performance, and compile and analyze data to detect any process or product anomalies. Identify and implement items for improvement including upgrades to equipment and process.
