Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and optimize production parameters, tooling, and equipment to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and new product introduction (NPI) activities, including manufacturing line design and material flow optimization. Create and maintain documentation while supporting process standardization, employee training, and the commissioning of machinery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent secondary education with 0–3 years of experience; fluent Czech and English are mandatory. Located in Kolín, Czechia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Secondary education
- High school
- 0–3 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience with process optimization and new product introduction (NPI)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Czech and English – fluent – both mandatory
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good command of English, including the ability to read technical documentation and communicate effectively in writing
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with 3D CAD software such as NX and Pro/ENGINEER
