Job Summary
Conduct hands-on manufacturing process improvement and new product development by creating detailed CNC Mill machine processes and machine-ready code. Analyze engineering drawings to define tooling, gauging, and operation sequences, while troubleshooting shop floor issues to develop timely solutions. Mentor Junior Engineering team members and contribute to cost estimation by determining setup/run time estimates and tooling hours. Requires 3+ years of CNC Milling experience with a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in Siemens NX or Mastercam, and willingness to travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience with a Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years' experience with an Associate's degree
- 8+ years' experience with a High School diploma/GED
- CNC Milling Machining required (multi-axis vertical and/or horizontal machining) including set up and operation
- Experience with machining a variety of materials including stainless steel, titanium, and aluminum
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient computer skills; experience with CAD/CAM required (Siemens NX, Mastercam, or similar)
- Strong organization skills, analytical, and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Willingness to travel, as needed
- Relocation assistance available for anyone outside of 50 miles of facility
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available
- 100% in-office
