Job Summary
Lead daily support of products and tools in manufacturing, govern sustaining products within partners, and drive process optimization for yield improvements and consistency. Analyze data for quality and process control, provide technical support for systemic defects and line stops, and own factory site quality metrics for structural test. Govern ECO and deviation implementation during BOM changes, review and validate SoP documents and SPC specifications during phase gates, and conduct audits of factory processes while providing oversight during critical production stages. Maintain close loops with the Product Operations central team. Requires a BS/MS in IE/EE/ME with 5+ years in electronics manufacturing and proficiency in SPC, DOEs, and 8Ds.

- 5+ years of experience at an electronics manufacturing industry

- Quality process improvement analysis tools
- Statistical methods
- Quality analysis tools (SPC, DOEs, 8Ds, DMAIC, AQL) used in a Manufacturing context
- Clarity in documenting issues
- Critical thinking
- Experience and persistence in following up on root cause analysis & corrective actions by responsible parties
- Strong communication written & verbal (in English)
- Ability to clearly synthesize and reduce complex situations on simple descriptions
- Ability to communicate with internal and external partners
