Job Summary

Support manufacturing engineering functions at partner sites by developing methods, coordinating processes with design and suppliers, and addressing complex challenges through tooling recommendations. Drive process optimization, yield improvements, and consistency while providing technical support for systemic defects, line stops, and quality issues. Govern ECO implementations, enforce SoP documentation, conduct factory audits, and oversee critical production stages. Analyze data for quality and process control to drive metrics improvement in structural testing. Manage daily product and tool support, govern NPI launches, and facilitate product transfers between sites. Requires Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years in electronics manufacturing, strong SPC knowledge, and bilingual communication in Spanish and English.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of experience at an electronics manufacturing engineering / factory
  • Industry knowledge and understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and quality systems
  • Working knowledge of statistical methods (SPC, AQL), as used in a Mfg. context
  • Clarity in documenting issues
  • Persistence in following up on root cause analysis & corrective actions by responsible parties
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills (in Spanish and English)
