Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineer responsible for defining, implementing, and controlling manufacturing and production processes, including tooling and equipment; validating design specifications and ensuring proper application of new products, tools, or equipment on the shop floor; supporting introduction of new products and process changes into manufacturing operations; exchanging data and feedback related to product, process, and procedural improvements; applying standardized manufacturing processes with guided actions; leading a small manufacturing unit with budget responsibility above $0.5M; collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement; maintaining alignment with Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) policies and quality standards; requires a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with production and engineering teams; preferred leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience
