Job Summary
Plan, execute, and report manufacturing process priorities in a Cell while performing time studies to determine labor and machine capacity. Identify quality issue trends to implement corrective actions and utilize pFMEA's, flow diagrams, and capability studies per established guidelines. Serve as a communication liaison between engineering, production, marketing, and purchasing teams to improve overall effectiveness and eliminate safety hazards. Analyze production efficiency to find variances in standard work and select appropriate machines, tooling, and fixturing to maximize productivity. Perform capital equipment justification as needed and provide general production support for machining and assembly areas. Bachelor's degree in engineering with 0–1 years of manufacturing experience required; legally authorized to work in the United States. Base pay range $64,600.00 - $113,100.00.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- 0 – 1 years manufacturing experience or demonstrated qualification in technical field
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes or products
