Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes in collaboration with Tier 1 suppliers while leading teams to resolve quality and operational issues. Drive day-to-day manufacturing operations and New Product Introduction, executing cost reduction projects and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and Industry 4.0 frameworks. Conduct audits to measure maturity levels, manage engineering change processes, and validate work instructions and production BOMs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze root causes, eliminate re-occurrence, and optimize process capabilities for mass production and new launches.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical etc.) with 5+ years of experience
- Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical etc.) with 4+ years of experience
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering/Process engineering/Industrial engineering/Logistics/Lean Six Sigma
- This role is a hybrid position and requires a minimum of three days per week in one of the Zebra office locations

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge/Experience in with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and working in Medical Devices, Personal Care, Consumer Electronics or Pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus
- Green Belt as a plus
