Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience working as a manufacturing or mechanical engineer
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in 3D CAD design and drafting (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, NX, or similar)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, sheet metal, or composites)
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and continuous improvement tools
- Understanding of GD&T, design for manufacturability (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), and process documentation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions
