Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer II position focuses on process development and continuous improvement for fabrication, welding, powder coating, and assembly operations. Occasional travel for training and equipment commissioning is required.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a Process or Manufacturing Engineering role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SAP systems for basic tasks such as reviewing prints and accessing production data.
- Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Kaizen, 5S, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Understanding of Lean principles, including lead time reduction and SMED.
- Interest in expanding responsibilities into design and new product introduction.
