Job Summary

Analyze production data to identify trends and inefficiencies, then support troubleshooting efforts to resolve production issues and improve equipment performance. Assist in the development and improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety by evaluating equipment, tooling, and new process changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, standard work practices, and documentation updates while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • 0+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Ability to interpret basic technical drawings and specifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently with guidance and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during the work shift

Desired Qualifications

  • Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
