Job Summary
Direct, coordinate and plan current and new manufacturing processes, generate and transmit knowledge for proper implementation in accordance with FDA and ISO regulations. Lead problem-solving teams to address assignable causes or systemic problems through the Problem Resolution System, while developing Risk Analysis, Protocols, and Validation Reports for processes, equipment, and fixtures. Monitor product metrics such as scrap to implement mitigation actions, coordinate interdisciplinary teams with strategic impact, and ensure timely execution of CAPA actions related to engineering. Encourage GEMBA visits, prepare workshops for knowledge transfer, and participate as an internal auditor to verify compliance with quality standards. Make weekly and monthly reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager to follow up on projects and activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Materials, Chemical, Electronic Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum experience of 5 years as a professional in the technical field and in positions of a similar nature
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Medical Industry
- English: >= B2
- Microsoft Office: Medium level
- SolidWorks
- Minitab
- Project Manager
- Visio
