Job Summary
Develop and deliver Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and on-the-job training for manufacturing roles, reporting training status and completion monthly. Design training content using Microsoft Suite, Rise 360, and SwipeGuide, while collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Coordinate Train-the-Trainer programs and maintain the plant-specific documentation library. Take appropriate action when Good Manufacturing Practices or Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point violations occur. Requires a Bachelor's degree with 2 to 4 years of experience or equivalent high school diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience. - Ability to climb stairs/steps and/or stand a minimum of eight hours
