Job Summary
Complete assigned design and drafting projects using AutoCAD 2D and 3D techniques, including building equipment models from vendor specifications and developing accurate Bill of Material documents. Create sketches, notes, and input material to generate drawings while incorporating safety, operability, maintainability, and constructability principles. Manage the revision process by reporting changes and mistakes to leads, ensuring all work adheres to ICM quality policies and evolving engineering standards. Learn ICM's processes and procedures to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Associates degree required with strong AutoCAD, MS Office, and Inventor skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree
- Strong computer skills utilizing MS Office
- AutoCAD (current version or within last 3 versions) 2D and 3D proficiency
- Inventor proficiency
- Navisworks proficiency
