Job Summary
Own the creation, maintenance, and governance of manufacturing master data within Epicor, including part numbers, Bills of Material, Methods of Manufacture, and routings. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and Engineering Change Orders to accurately implement product data and validate completeness before release. Perform routine audits to identify and correct inaccuracies, duplicate records, and inconsistencies while maintaining standardized naming conventions and governance standards. Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve product data issues and support new product introductions. Requires minimum 3 years of Epicor ERP experience and a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Epicor ERP in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience creating and maintaining part master records, Bills of Material (BOMs), Methods of Manufacture (MOMs), routings, and product revisions
- Experience supporting Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, inventory management, and procurement
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments
- Must be able to communicate effectively and work in both office and manufacturing environments

- Physical requirements include prolonged periods of sitting, computer work, data entry, document review, and cross-functional collaboration
- Employees may occasionally walk production floors and interact with manufacturing teams and equipment
- Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required when entering production areas
