Job Summary
Support insight generation, data analytics, and digital transformation projects across manufacturing operations by developing scalable AI solutions to improve operational efficiency and decision-making. Lead AI-driven initiatives including visual inspection, Copilot agents, predictive analytics, and process automation while analyzing large datasets to identify trends and risks. Design analytics tools, drive proof-of-concept projects from ideation to deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Work within the Means & Methods team to promote data governance and continuous improvement using emerging technologies like machine learning and computer vision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Automation, or related disciplines
- Experience in data analytics, automation, or digital transformation projects
- Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or high-tech industries
- Hands-on experience with Computer Vision and AI Visual Inspection
- Predictive Maintenance or Predictive Analytics
- Generative AI and Knowledge Management solutions
- Process Mining and Workflow Automation
- Azure AI Services or Microsoft AI ecosystem
- Experience delivering AI solutions from concept through production deployment
- Familiarity with agile development and project management methodologies
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and practical applications in manufacturing or business processes
- Experience with Python / SQL/ Power BI/ Microsoft Power Platform / Machine Learning frameworks /Computer Vision solutions / Microsoft Copilot / AI Agent technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional international teams
- Strong communication skills in English
