Job Summary
Analyze Business Central system requirements to drive daily production planning and ensure accurate completions. Lead the production cell by defining goals, training new hires, and coaching employees on corrective actions and performance reviews. Maintain inventory through regular audits, process purchasing orders, and uphold all safety protocols and Lean Manufacturing standards. Observe line operations, correct deviations, and make difficult decisions while adapting to production changes. Motivate the team to improve performance without compromising product quality and resolve conflicts by making unbiased recommendations to management.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of Lean Manufacture and 5s standards
- Strong attendance record
- Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs
- Maintain and organize a clean work area
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Active listening skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to methodically, strategically and collaboratively make decisions, solve problems and foster innovation
- Able to resolve conflicts that is not biased and make appropriate recommendations to your supervisor, director or HR if needed
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor

- Have a passion for building quality Pilates equipment
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet the production requirements
- Day shift (Monday to Friday, 5AM to 1:30PM) or swing shift (Monday to Thursday, 2:15PM to 12:45AM)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of MS office is preferred
