Manufacturing Cost Analyst

Job Summary
Own and execute all month-end close activities for the site, including preparation and posting of journal entries, accruals, fixed asset, and capital reporting. Lead balance sheet reconciliation processes and maintain integrity of the general ledger by reviewing key accounts and resolving variances in accordance with US GAAP. Own daily costing of work orders within Sage X3, partnering with Production Supervisors to investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate work order processing. Analyze manufacturing performance metrics and cost trends—including scrap, yield, cycle time, and labor efficiency—to translate findings into clear recommendations for operational leaders. Build and maintain reporting tools that give site leadership real-time visibility into financial and operational performance. Support the Site Controllers on variance analyses for material, labor, and overhead, and participate in cross-functional project teams focused on continuous improvement and cost reduction. This role is site-embedded by design, with expectations of at least three days/week on-site in Tulsa, OK.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain
- at least two years of related experience in manufacturing, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 or more years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment

Desired Qualifications
