Job Summary
Support manufacturing engineers and machinists in optimizing setups while developing and documenting manufacturing processes. Design assembly fixtures for in-house or 3D printing, and create work instructions meeting AS9100 requirements. Participate in root cause analysis, implement lean initiatives like 5S and waste elimination, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This full-time role runs 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, for Fall 2026 students pursuing degrees in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong initiative and willingness to work on the production floor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with SolidWorks and basic computer applications
- Effective problem-solving and time management skills
- U.S. Citizen, or lawful permanent resident of the U.S.
