Manufacturing Cell Processing Supervisor

Lead daily manufacturing operations and supervise production personnel to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of activities in a cGMP aseptic environment. Coach, develop, and manage manufacturing staff through training, performance management, and career development planning while supporting recruiting and onboarding. Oversee production schedule execution and coordinate staffing, suite readiness, and raw material availability to ensure on-time delivery. Ensure accurate completion and review of manufacturing documentation including batch records, deviations, and ERP transactions. Maintain compliance with cGMP, regulatory, and safety requirements while supporting internal and external audits. Support operational improvements, technology transfer activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. This onsite role in Winston Salem, NC, requires a minimum of 4 years in GMP-regulated manufacturing with supervisory experience.
