Run product cost change reports when process changes occur and enter UPC codes to create full good item numbers. Work from PRFs to set up new products, bills of materials, or update existing ones per location. Create new item numbers for flavors, ingredients, and inventory items, then review and maintain price changes for all relevant inventory. Set up stock transfers between locations, add items to blanket purchase orders, and create new vendor purchase order numbers. Establish line codes for producing locations to enable production recording. Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality while committing to the company mission.
