Job Summary
Operate large equipment such as shredders and grinders while manually loading and unloading product within the production floor. Monitor, adjust, and maintain attentiveness to machinery while regularly standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in both hot and cold conditions. Execute all safety protocols, keep designated work areas clean, and transfer materials using forklifts. Work an 8-hour second or third shift in Scranton, PA, demonstrating a self-starter mindset and strong work ethic. This entry-level role includes on-the-job training for those with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.

- Working in both hot and cold conditions
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship
- Need to be able to read, write, and understand English
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening, physical, and drug screen
