Job Summary
Lead Packaging Specialists during batch opening and closing, inspect finished products, and place sealed units into cartons. Perform in-process checks, document findings in batch records, and notify supervisors if specifications fail. Maintain cGMP areas, execute daily and weekly cleans, and strictly follow all SOPs, safety procedures, and DEA requirements. Ensure compliance and accuracy while lifting up to 50 pounds. Work the 3rd shift (12:00a to 8:30a) in a fast-paced, heavily regulated 24/7 operation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
- Willingness to work various shifts in a 24/7 operation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to be proactive; comfortable in raising concerns regarding inspection results
- Ability to take specific direction, with no room for error
- Ability to work in a team environment, and collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and shifts
- high degree of accuracy and utmost integrity to ensure the safety and efficacy of our products
- Strong attention to detail to ensure effective inspection
