Job Summary
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently while assembling, inspecting, testing, and packaging heat exchanger and flexible connector products. Perform quality inspections to ensure standards are met, follow work instructions and production schedules, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Complete production and quality documentation and collaborate with your team to meet daily goals. You will work in a climate-controlled facility, standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting 50–75 lbs. Hands-on training is provided with no prior experience required.

- Basic math and measurement skills

- Ability to occasionally lift 50–75 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required
