Job Summary
Manufacturing Associate across assembly, pre/post-assembly (O-rings, caps, inserts), gasket installation, frame printing, and boxing/quality control. Rotates between stations to learn multiple production functions, maintain constant output, and adhere to standard work instructions while ensuring product quality and proper labeling. Roles emphasize teamwork, attention to detail, safety, and reliability on a Monday–Thursday shift (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment is a plus but not required — we will train the right person.
- Genuine desire to learn multiple production functions and contribute wherever the team needs you most.
- Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions; average oral and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills for production tracking, including counting, simple calculations, and verifying product quantities.
- Strong attention to detail — particularly for quality inspection, label verification, and packaging accuracy.
