Job Summary
Mechanical Adjusters are responsible for operating, adjusting, and repairing production machinery for ammunition manufacturing. Key responsibilities include monitoring the quality of output, performing preventive and basic maintenance, assisting maintenance mechanics during repairs, ensuring on-time product delivery, and maintaining a safe working environment. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, mechanical experience, and at least 1 year of on-the-job experience, as well as the ability to handle physical demands and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of on-the-job experience with mechanical experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment or equivalent technical degree
- Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years old
- Able to pass a background check and pre-employment physical & drug screen
