Job Summary
Execute daily downstream purification activities including column chromatography, viral filtration, ultrafiltration, and bulk dispensing in a cGMP clean environment. Operate process equipment and perform in-process sampling for parameters such as pH, conductivity, and protein concentration. Document all cGMP data, deviations, and revisions to batch records, SLRs, and equipment logbooks while maintaining audit readiness. Lead training initiatives and contribute to team development within a 24/7 facility. Work nights on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM ET.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, STEM preferred
- Associate's degree, STEM preferred
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a cGMP environment
- Demonstrated ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Experience working in an aseptic or cleanroom environment
- Understanding of process automation and software systems (e.g. DeltaV, LIMS, etc.)
- Previous pipetting experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment preferred
