Manufacturing Associate I responsible for fabrication, supermarket and assembly operations; manage the flow of material throughout the plant; interpret production paperwork and CAD drawings; assemble wooden products; operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools; train co-workers; contribute to continuous improvement and standard work; follow safety requirements and product specifications; support employee engagement and a respectful workplace; cross-train for flexibility in resource planning; perform duties across the plant as directed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and understand reports
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Willingness to cross-train
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
