Manufacturing Associate - Huntingdon, TN

Keep work area and machinery clean and orderly. Communicate with slitter operators to obtain metal schedules and order numbers, then prepare skids and packing materials. Weigh coils, enter data to produce FGT tickets, and verify labels against orders. Use down enders or cranes to place coils on skids, truck them to wrappers for plastic banding, and transport finished packages to the east plant for shipment. Check scale weights at intervals, keep scrap separated by alloy with NCR identification, and communicate with supervisors regarding safety or productivity issues. Assist in training new personnel and perform lead packer or dock auditor duties as needed. Shifts include day, evening, and midnight rotations, with weekends available.
