Manufacturing Associate - Food Production

Manufacturing Associate on the Lawton, OK production floor with shift options and overtime as needed. Responsibilities include packing/packaging (inspecting product, verifying counts and labels, maintaining line speed and quality), palletizing (building pallets and tracking product codes), operating or supporting NL17 equipment, and general production tasks. Cross-training to learn additional workstations and support staffing changes. Must thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and schedule flexibility. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, repetitive motions, and lifting 12–65 lbs; expect temperature variations and a loud environment around food manufacturing processes.
