Job Summary
Manufacturing Associate role supporting the filling of specialty pharmaceutical products. Performs equipment operation including vial washer, depyrogenation oven, steam sterilizers, and freeze dryers; conducts sterile filtration, filling, and capping; documents procedures to cGMP standards; maintains production areas to 6S and communicates process improvements. Role involves following SOPs, working in a regulated environment, and potential cross-training across core manufacturing operations; requires ability to work in shifts and to operate and move equipment with strict attention to quality and safety.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a group
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to adapt to day/evening/night shifts
- Ability to lift and move materials/equipment
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical, criminal background checks
- Gowning requirements removal of jewelry and personal items
- Experience in regulated environment considered an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Science or pharma diploma considered an asset
